Advanced Editor
To Edit Page Content
- When you add a new page you will be redirected to it automatically and can go to step 6.
Alternatively, to edit an existing page follow steps 2 to 5. See Managing Pages.
- Select Manage Pages from the Website Pages menu in the Administration Toolbar at the top of the page.
- The Manage your club's custom pages window is displayed.
- Click the Edit button
for the page that you wish to edit.
- You are redirected to the page.
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the title bar to open the Advanced Editor.

- The Advanced Editor is displayed. The Advanced Editor is a widget that enables you to add content to your page.

- Enter the properties for your content container, as required.

Title :
- the text that appears in the optional bar at the top of your content. Enter the
title that you want to use.
Display title bar? : - check
the box if you wish to display a title bar for your content.
Display borders? : - check
the box if you wish to display a border for your content.
Widget Skin
- you can change the appearance of the container for your content
by selecting a skin from the dropdown menu.
- Click the
"Save" button
to
save your changes.
To
use the WYSIWYG editor:
- The fully-featured WYSIWYG editor makes
it straightforward to add your
content directly into the page without needing any technical skills.
You can also enter HTML code if you choose.

- Click Design button
in the
bar at the bottom of the editor to select the design
view.
- Either type directly into the editor or paste in
your content.
The toolbars at the top of the editor provide
buttons for all the
functions that you are likely to need to work with your content. You
can format
your text, insert images and add links to other pages.
Example
buttons:
Paste from Word - paste content from Microsoft Word
Bold - make the highlighted text bold
Image Manager - add an image
Link Manager - add a hyperlink
Tip: hover
over the editor toolbar buttons with your mouse to see tooltips that
display their functions.
- Click the Save button
to save your changes
If you have experience of coding web
pages, you can enter HTML directly
into the editor.
To use the HTML editor:
- Click
the HTML button
in the bar at the bottom of the editor to switch to the
HTML view.
- Enter or paste in your HTML code.
- Click
the Save button
to save your changes.
