Advanced filter

The advanced filter includes all of the functionality of the simple filter with additional conditions that can be specified (for example member custom fields).  The advanced filter also allows you to create multiple groups, to generate a more specific query and retrieve the subset of members you need.

The advanced filter should be fairly straight forward to utilise for anyone who is familiar with querying in databases or Excel.  Each group must specify as an AND or an OR group, for an AND group all conditions specified must be met, for an OR query any of the conditions can be met.

The advanced filter will retain any conditions set in the Simple view, however if utilising groups, or additional conditions available in the advanced filter it will not be possibel to retain rules when switching back to the simple view.
